First sourced in 2021 from South Tyrol, then refined in Austria, and finished in the Black Forest, our gondolas traveled far to bring authentic mountain charm to Vail. This season, after many years of welcoming guests, they debut a stunning new look — beautifully renewed with thoughtfully added details — creating an elevated, more immersive dining experience.

• About our Gondola Dining Experience…

  – Each gondola cabin seats one party of up to 4 adults comfortably and could fit 2 additional kids with a squeeze

  – A Gondola seats ONLY 4 adults! If you bring more than 4 adults the day of your reservation, we WON'T be able to seat more than 4 adults! No exceptions are possible, we appreciate the understanding!

  – Each gondola cabin is reserved for 2 hours and serves our pre-fixed 2-course menu. A minimum of two guests per gondola must order the pre-fixed menu; substitutions are not possible, but our regular menu is available additionally

  – Each gondola cabin has its own bluetooth speaker, so you can choose your own music

  – Each gondola cabin has its own dimming light switch, so you can choose how romantic it can be

  – Each gondola cabin has a small heater. Remember you’ll be sitting in a gondola cabin on a snowy patio with sometimes sub-zero temperatures just out the window. Dress for winter! You might find your gondola cabin a bit chilly when you first settle in. Once the electric heat and body heat start cranking, most guests find the gondola cabins toasty!

  –Pets are not allowed within the gondola cabins. No outside food or drinks. No smoking (no e-cigarettes) within the gondola cabins.
